Mission Statement

Connect Ministries desires to help high school students transition from their home churches to a church in their new home town as they enter their next phase of life --- college.

"Christian students need connection to a community that will help them grow in their faith, and share Jesus with peers."
- Founder of Connect Ministries Jonathan Beasley

Jonathan Beasley is the founder and directional leader of Connect Ministries. Jonathan and his wife Elisabeth reside in Fayetteville, Arkansas where they raise their three wonderful kids Jenna, J and Brock. For the past 30 years Jonathan has been working in ministry, 28 of those years have been through the local church.

Jonathan served as the youth pastor at Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia as well as the college pastor at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In 2006 Jonathan founded Church at Arkansas in Fayetteville to follow his calling to minister to college students, and served as the senior pastor for ten years. Jonathan is now partnered with Crosschurch Fayetteville as the Associate Pastor and College Ministry Strategist.

Jonathan's roots run deep in ministry. His father Manley Beasley was an evangelist for 40 years. His message was built upon the Gospel of Jesus and having faith to trust God and his word. This influence is what has shaped Connect Ministries.

"We believe that God can show college students his mercy and grace in such a way that a movement of Christian students can influence the nation and the world"

- Jonathan Beasley
